Service Providers and Technology
We may disclose personal information to service providers and contractors that process it for authorized business purposes. These providers currently include Cloudflare for website hosting, delivery, infrastructure, and security; Resend for email delivery; and Calendly for scheduling. Our providers also include Kajabi whenever Kajabi is used to develop, test, host, operate, or support CannectedU or another EnterCannected feature. Other provider categories may include payment processing, video conferencing, recording, transcription, document storage, customer relationship management, analytics, communications, accounting, customer support, and artificial intelligence or automation tools used with appropriate safeguards.
Browser Storage and Cookies
Certain assessments may use local storage, session storage, first-party cookies, or similar browser technologies to save progress. Information saved in a browser may remain available to another person using the same browser or device. Avoid completing an assessment on a public or shared device. Necessary technologies may also be used for security, content delivery, account access, session continuity, forms, scheduling, course access, checkout, and similar functions. Where required by law, optional analytics, advertising, or marketing technologies will be subject to an appropriate choice or consent mechanism.
Emailing Results and Other Recipient Information
When you request emailed results, recipient information and message content may be processed by our email-delivery provider. If you enter another person’s email address, you represent that the address is accurate, the person is an intended recipient, and you are authorized to share the results and any confidential business information they contain.
Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. We do not use Health Check responses for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. We may disclose information to service providers that process it on our behalf. If our practices later constitute a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable law, we will provide the notice and privacy controls required by law.
Retention
We retain each category of information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Retention depends on factors such as whether an assessment, inquiry, account, client relationship, transaction, or legal obligation remains active; the sensitivity of the information; security and fraud-prevention needs; tax, accounting, insurance, and recordkeeping requirements; applicable limitation periods; provider retention settings; backup cycles; and the need to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Locally saved browser progress may remain until it is submitted, cleared, expires through the assessment’s settings, or is removed through browser controls.
Privacy Rights and Requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal information and to exercise other privacy choices described in the EnterCannected Privacy Policy. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to privacy@entercannected.com.
