10.1 Information available to client organizations

When your CannectedU access is purchased, sponsored, assigned, or administered by an employer, dispensary, client, or organization, authorized representatives of that organization may be able to access information associated with your participation.

Depending on the engagement and account permissions, this may include:

  • Account status;

  • Participation records;
  • Quiz or knowledge-check results;
  • Assessment results;

The organization providing or sponsoring your access may separately use the information under its own workplace policies, privacy notices, or contractual obligations.

10.2 Kajabi cookies and similar technologies

Kajabi and providers supporting the Kajabi platform may use cookies, local storage, pixels, software development kits, log files, and similar technologies.

Depending on the feature and configuration, these technologies may be used to:

  • Authenticate users;
  • Maintain login sessions;
  • Remember preferences;
  • Secure accounts;
  • Prevent unauthorized access;
  • Operate forms;
  • Maintain course progress;
  • Support community features;
  • Operate checkout and payment processes;
  • Measure page views;
  • Measure opt-ins and conversions;
  • Evaluate platform performance;
  • Diagnose errors;
  • Provide customer support;
  • Understand user interaction;
  • Support communications and marketing.

Some Kajabi technologies may be necessary for CannectedU to function. Others may be functional, analytical, or marketing-related.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide an opportunity to accept, reject, or manage nonessential cookies. Disabling necessary technologies may prevent login, course access, checkout, saved progress, or other essential functions.

10.3 Optional integrations

Kajabi permits account owners to connect additional analytics, advertising, payment, automation, communication, and business tools.

Use of Kajabi does not mean that EnterCannected has activated every integration available through Kajabi.

We will treat an optional integration as part of our practices only when we actually configure or use it. Before adding an integration that materially changes how personal information is processed, we will provide any updated notice, consent mechanism, cookie control, or opt-out opportunity required by law.

10.4 Kajabi’s role

Kajabi generally processes personal information as a technology provider supporting RGE Advisors, LLC.

Kajabi may separately process certain technical, security, billing, operational, account, or usage information for its own business purposes under its applicable terms and privacy notices.

This section applies automatically when Kajabi begins processing information in connection with CannectedU or another EnterCannected feature. A separate revision to this Privacy Policy is not required solely because CannectedU moves from development or testing into live operation.

  • Session management;
  • Content delivery;
  • Network protection;
  • Related functions.

If Cloudflare Pages Functions, Workers, or similar services are used to process a form, assessment, email request, or other website function, Cloudflare may process and temporarily maintain technical or application logs associated with that function.

We may also use Cloudflare analytics or performance tools. Where an analytics tool operates without cookies or persistent client-side identifiers, we may use it to understand aggregate website performance. If we use a technology requiring additional notice, consent, or an opt-out, we will provide the required control.

12. Resend Email Delivery

This may include:

Resend may retain message, delivery, and event information according to the service plan, provider terms, security needs, and legal obligations applicable at the time of processing.

Resend offers optional open and click tracking. These features may use an invisible image, tracked link, or similar technology.

We may use email tracking to understand delivery and engagement when:

  • The feature is enabled;
  • Its use is permitted by law;
  • Any required notice or choice has been provided.

Transactional and assessment-result emails may include business information submitted through the Services. Recipients should protect those messages appropriately and should not forward confidential results to unauthorized individuals.

Information contained in an email may remain in:

  • EnterCannected’s email account;
  • The recipient’s account;
  • A client file;
  • A backup;
  • Another connected system;

even after the email provider’s own retention period ends.

13. Other Service Providers

We may use third-party service providers and contractors supporting:

  • Website and application hosting;
  • Content delivery;
  • Cybersecurity;
  • Learning management;
  • Client portals;
  • Scheduling;
  • Email delivery;
  • Customer relationship management;
  • Payment processing;
  • Video conferencing;
  • Recording;
  • Transcription;
  • Document storage;
  • Analytics;
  • Communications;
  • Customer support;
  • Accounting;
  • Marketing support;
  • Information technology;
  • Professional services.

The providers used may change as the Services develop.

The categories of information a provider receives depend on the feature, account, integration, and interaction involved.

We seek to require providers processing information on our behalf to handle it for authorized purposes and subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.

We may replace, remove, or add providers without revising this Privacy Policy when the change does not materially alter the categories of information collected, the purposes of processing, or your applicable rights. We will provide additional or updated notice when required by law.

14. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and providers supporting the Services may use:

  • Cookies;
  • Pixels;
  • Web beacons;
  • Local storage;
  • Session storage;
  • Indexed browser storage;
  • Software development kits;
  • Tags;
  • Log files;
  • Similar technologies.

14.1 Strictly necessary technologies

These technologies may support:

  • Website operation;
  • Content delivery;
  • Account authentication;
  • Security;
  • Network management;
  • Session continuity;
  • Form submission;
  • Assessment progress;
  • Fraud prevention;
  • User preferences necessary to provide a requested service.

Disabling necessary technologies may prevent portions of the Services from operating properly.

14.2 Functional technologies

These technologies may remember:

  • Language choices;
  • Display settings;
  • Accessibility preferences;
  • Saved progress;
  • Scheduling preferences;
  • User selections;
  • Other functionality preferences.

14.3 Analytics and performance technologies

These technologies may help us understand:

  • Number of visitors;
  • Pages viewed;
  • Features used;
  • Course engagement;
  • Traffic sources;
  • Error rates;
  • Website and platform performance;
  • General interaction patterns.

14.4 Advertising and marketing technologies

If implemented, these technologies may be used to:

  • Measure campaigns;
  • Attribute visits;
  • Understand whether a communication resulted in a visit or conversion;
  • Limit repeated advertising;
  • Present relevant business marketing;
  • Conduct retargeting or targeted advertising.

We will provide any consent or opt-out mechanism required by law before using nonessential advertising technologies.

Depending on the technology, you may manage preferences through:

  • A Cookie Preferences tool;
  • A provider’s cookie banner;
  • Browser settings;
  • Device settings;
  • Deleting stored cookies;
  • Clearing local browser storage;
  • Blocking selected technologies;
  • A legally recognized universal opt-out signal.

Blocking certain technologies may affect account access, saved progress, scheduling, checkout, courses, communities, or other features.

14.6 Global Privacy Control

Where required by applicable law, we will treat a supported Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or the use of personal information for targeted advertising for the browser or device sending the signal.

A separate request may be necessary to apply an opt-out to information that cannot reasonably be linked to that browser or device.

14.7 Do Not Track

Some browsers provide a traditional “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is no universally adopted standard governing these signals, the Services may not respond to traditional Do Not Track signals unless required by law.

This does not affect our obligation to recognize a Global Privacy Control signal or another legally recognized universal opt-out mechanism where required.

15. Analytics, Advertising, Sale, and Sharing

We may use analytics services to understand performance and improve the Services.

Analytics providers may receive:

  • Online identifiers;
  • Device information;
  • Approximate location;
  • Usage information;
  • Interaction information.

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money.

Some state laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly. Certain analytics, advertising, or cross-site technologies may fall within these definitions even when no money is exchanged.

As of the Effective Date:

  • We do not operate as a data broker;
  • We do not knowingly sell personal information belonging to individuals under 16;
  • We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics for unrelated purposes;
  • We do not intentionally use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising without providing any notice, consent, or opt-out required by law.

If our practices change, we will take appropriate steps, which may include:

  • Updating this Privacy Policy;
  • Providing a Notice at Collection;
  • Providing a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link;
  • Providing a targeted-advertising opt-out;
  • Recognizing legally required universal opt-out signals;
  • Obtaining consent where required.

16. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Tools

We may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, transcription, automation, or similar tools to support limited functions, including:

  • Transcribing an authorized recording;
  • Summarizing meeting notes;
  • Organizing responses;
  • Categorizing assessment information;
  • Drafting preliminary reports;
  • Recommending course content;
  • Identifying patterns;
  • Improving workflows;
  • Assisting customer support;
  • Detecting security issues.

When using these tools, we seek to:

  • Limit information to what is reasonably necessary;
  • Evaluate providers and contractual protections;
  • Avoid intentionally submitting confidential client information to a public artificial-intelligence tool without authorization or safeguards;
  • Apply human review where appropriate;
  • Recognize that automated outputs can contain errors.

We do not intend to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects concerning an individual based solely on automated processing without providing any notice, consent, review, or opt-out required by applicable law.

17. Recordings and Transcripts

Some coaching sessions, meetings, workshops, webinars, classes, or events may be recorded.

Before recording, we will provide notice and obtain consent where required. Notice may be provided through:

  • An invitation;
  • Registration language;
  • A written agreement;
  • An on-screen platform notice;
  • A visible recording indicator;
  • A verbal announcement;
  • Another appropriate method.

Recordings may be used to:

  • Provide access after a session;
  • Maintain engagement records;
  • Prepare summaries;
  • Document decisions;
  • Generate action items;
  • Support coaching continuity;
  • Provide training resources;
  • Fulfill contractual obligations.

Access may be limited to:

  • Participants;
  • Authorized EnterCannected personnel;
  • Authorized client administrators;
  • Individuals otherwise authorized to access the session;
  • Providers supporting recording, storage, transcription, or delivery.

Recordings will not be used as public testimonials, case studies, or promotional content without any additional written permission required for that use.

Participants may not record, reproduce, distribute, or publish a session without authorization from EnterCannected and any other person whose consent is legally required.

  • You may opt out using the stated method;
  • Mobile numbers and text-message consent records will not be sold to third parties for their own marketing.

19.3 Social media

If you interact with EnterCannected through a social media platform, the platform may independently collect and use information under its own privacy policy.

Information made public through social media may be visible to EnterCannected and other users.

20. Data Retention
